The beginning of a great day. We showed up in force to raid the Annual Star Trek Grand Slam convention in Pasadena. To see what kind of crowd is attracted to this event, go to BlockBuster video and rent TREKKIES. We broke the mold by being the ONLY group of Star Wars characters there, and the reception could not have been better. A compliment of four Stormtroopers, two Dignitaries and one Royal Guard escorted Emperor Palpie around for FIVE hours, constantly posing for photo ops requests from enthusiastic TREK fans... <evil grin>

WE thought we'd get tossed out... instead, even the staff and actors present complimented us on our appearance! Just too cool, and we thank all those in attendance who made us feel welcomed.
