A cold, wet Halloween 2003

To quote from a song - "It never rains in California" - WRONG! On Halloween 2003, it did exactly that - it rained on Santa Monica Boulevard. The rain hit us hard and pushed many of the estimated 500,000 people back seeking shelter from the storm. Pictures of this event are seldom found... this is all that I have. Anyone else have something to contribute from this event? Bueller?
