TR-095 (Jeff) debuted at DragonCon 2000 (on the East Coast) as Carnor Jax. He upgraded the cape (actually, his wife made the cape) - lined it with a blue material - and he looks EVIL. It's too bad the picture (indoors) doesn't show the suits full potential.
